He has significant speech delays so he is hard to understand but he is very good about showing what he needs. He is independent mostly. He does need help bathing. I work 2nd shift. My parents will be picking him up and I just need a nanny/sitter to be able to pick him up from my parents house at 8pm and bring him home to our apartment to do bedtime routine. I get off at 11pm. Typically make it home no later than 11:30pm. I can possibly be as late as 12:30am. But that has only happened once in the past 3 months. They are truly easy going kids to watch.
There is a bonus pay structure in things that need to be done around the house and help in my needs! Bonus can range from 80-300 dollars per day. Up to you if you want to do the bonus structure.
I prefer to pay cash if that helps you out everyday because that is how nanny should be paid.
