Care for Bo- bottle feeding, diaper changes, nap routines, tummy time and play- plus light housework while he naps (tidying, vacuuming, baby laundry). Simple home cooking is a plus. We're looking for real experience with young infants (newborn to 6 months), CPR/first aid preferred, and references we can speak to. Pay: $25–30/hr depending on experience.

Schedule: Weekday evenings + weekend support
The Role
The family is looking for a caregiver with strong communication capabilities who can step in and assist with nightly duties to contribute to a happy and calm evening for the entire family. The role includes weekday evening coverage and weekend care, to include date night and other supplemental coverage. The family would love to find someone who will be a trusted partner in caring for their children by aligning on child-rearing principles.
The Schedule & Benefits
Weekday Evenings:
Monday through Friday, 5:00pm-8:00pm
Weekends:
Saturday evening coverage for date nights.
Additional, flexible hours for supplemental coverage as needed - to be discussed with the family directly.
No driving required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emotionally attuned care for a 2.5 year old and 4 month old.
Implement developmentally appropriate activities within bedtime routines each night.
Support the family with childcare related tasks and family assistant tasks to provide smooth transitions through the evening.
Assist with light household tasks that reduce the family’s mental load (kitchen cleanup, dishes, tidying play areas)
Partner respectfully with the parents to maintain continuity between authority figures.
Serve as consistent, reliable coverage during evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional childcare experience
Experience with infants and toddlers
CPR and First-Aid Certified
Calm, warm, engaging personality
Strong communication skills
Ability to partner well with parents and pass off tasks and responsibilities as needed
