A little bit about us

We are looking for a nanny for our 3 boys on our little 25 acre homestead just outside McMinnville starting in early October. We have a smiley/happy 18 month old, a loving 3 year old and a talkative, curious, very smart 5 year old.

We need four days a week of care. Work hours would be approximately 8am-4pm schedule.

The most important thing we are looking for in a nanny is someone who is dependable/reliable, communicates extremely well, who will love spending time with our boys, who is interested in supporting our homeschooling and someone who loves to spend time outside. We are really looking for a long term partnership and someone who will feel like part of the family :)

We appreciate someone who is also willing to help out with some light housekeeping (for example, filling and running the dishwasher, cleaning up after the boys before the end of the day, and the boys' laundry). A bonus is someone who is interested in early childhood education and helping our 5 year old with short homeschool lessons. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable with pets.
