A little bit about us

Hello! We have an 18 week old boy. I am starting back to work soon and baby has reflux. This causes him to struggle during the night at times. Basically just need someone to watch the baby monitor during the night and make sure he's okay. Majority of the time, he sleeps a 12 hour span and will wake twice to eat. We need to give my boyfriend the opportunity to sleep, so he can care for baby while I work!

We're screen-free household during nanny hours, so I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddles through reading, conversation, play, and age-appropriate activities.

The most important consideration is Ry's food allergies. She has multiple severe food allergies, so I need someone who is extremely attentive, responsive, and comfortable following our food safety instructions carefully. Because of her allergies, a nanny without pets is required.

Pay $15 -$20/hour, based on experience. Above all, I'm looking for someone I can trust to be both sensitive and highly responsive to Ry's allergy needs while providing her with warm engaged care.
