Full-Time Nanny Job: The Le and Yan Family with 2 Children
Hello! We're two neighboring families seeking a professional, long-term nanny share for two infants (~9 months old in Jan) in the Picnic Point/Mukilteo area. Care will rotate weekly between our homes (walking distance from each other).
Compensation & Benefits:
Share Rate: $35–$40/hr total via W-2 payroll.
Guaranteed Pay: 40 hrs/wk guaranteed.
Time Off: 2 weeks (80 hrs) accrued PTO, accrued WA Sick Leave, 12 Paid Holidays.
Work Environment:
Gear: Both homes fully equipped with sleep spaces and high chairs.
WFH Parents: At least one parent WFH in a separate workspace. We respect your autonomy and will coordinate before popping in.
Pets: One home has a Golden Retriever, the other has a cat. No pet care required.
Cameras: Disclosed indoor cameras in common living areas only.
Responsibilities:
Nurturing care, bottle prep, and feeding solids.
Synchronizing nap routines.
Age-appropriate play, outdoor time, and local outings.
Children’s laundry & tidying baby areas.
Requirements:
3+ years professional infant experience (nanny share/multiples experience is a major plus!).
Current CPR/First Aid.
Clean driving record & reliable car.
References & background check required. Finalists will be invited for a paid trial.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Okhin Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a morning helper for 2 children in Edmonds. We have a son who will be six at the end of August and a daughter who will be four at the beginning of October. Both are very kind and considerate children. Our daughter is shy, but very sweet when she gets to know you. Our son is incredibly outgoing and loves to meet new people and explore the world. Our daughter enjoys dancing, and our son has not met a sport that he doesn’t love.
The job entails preparing and packing school lunch, preparing breakfast, cleaning up the kitchen after cooking, helping kids get ready for school. Opportunity for more hours each week for date nights or other after school needs. Hours will likely be 7-9am M-F and an additional 3-4 hours 6-10pm one night a week.

We are looking for a nanny Tues-Fri, 8am-6pm, from now through September 3rd. Our daughter is 6 years old. She is very smart and outgoing, and is showing early signs of ADHD. We'd prefer for her to be taken out to a park every day for fresh air and to get some energy out.
