Full-Time Nanny Job: The Jewett Family with 1 Child
Our daughter Enid will be 8 months old (adjusted age) on January 8th. She's a delightfully active little kid. We're looking for someone to take care of her full-time at our home in Ann Arbor, Monday through Friday, with somewhat flexible hours. One parent works remotely full-time, another works remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Grandma is home all day and can do a fair amount of childcare, but she isn't stable on her feet and would have trouble carrying Enid around and running after her. Hours are somewhat flexible: starting anywhere from around 9am to noon.

Responsibilities would include attending to her needs (change diapers, feedings, naps, and being present/engaging babygirl. I really do not feel comfortable with daycare settings and would love to find someone I can trust and who could be part of my child’s healthy development emotionally, physically, etc.
Extra kudos if you are well versed in gentle parenting skills or attachment style parenting/caregiving.
