A little bit about us

Dear loving nanny,
Family is very important to us. We hope it's important to you too! We hope you have experience with young siblings of your own and you've grown up learning from great homemakers. We expect loving, patient care for three little boys for 4-5 hours 4 days a week. I would also expect some help cleaning up dinner on days you eat with us. You are free to use our vehicles as needed if we're not using them. We live in a very beautiful city with mountains, hiking, beautiful parks and wildlife. We are part of a big Catholic community. If you are Catholic, that's a plus but not required.
Love and patience are required. The boys are interested in reading, coloring, playing outside, riding their scooters, legos, make believe, animals and football. They are really high energy so some outdoor time would be needed on most days. They are obedient and we parent in a gentle but traditional style (meaning they will be required to treat you with respect and obedience). We can't wait to meet you!

My son is on the autism spectrum, so experience with autistic kids / special needs kiddos is a plus, but not a requirement. He's fully verbal and self-sufficient for the most part. He mostly only needs help with processing/understanding social situations and emotions. He's extremely social, energetic and LOVES to laugh and be outdoors. We go in nature all the time, paddle boarding, fishing, looking for snakes, frogs, crystals, etc. I am looking for someone just as energetic, playful and bubbly as he is, who can keep up with him and help him burn off energy during the day. His homeschool work is mostly done online and won't require much from you, other than ensuring he does it and helping if needed. Pay starts at $24/hour, but I need someone who can help with household chores, meal prep and occasionally chauffeur my 16 year old daughter around. For that, I am willing to pay up to $26/hour, depending on your experience and ability.
