Part-Time Nanny Job: The Roy Family with 1 Child
Hi All, We are a family of 3 located in Almaden Valley in south San Jose. Me and my wife are both working, and want to prioritize spending time with our 1-year-old when we are off work and on weekends. As a result, we are searching for a house assistant to help us with cooking and other household chores. We are looking for someone for 6 hours on Saturday and Sunday, and couple hours on Tuesday and Thursday. We are flexible on start and stop times. This will be a long term position. If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out. Thank you.
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Chowdhury Family with 1 Child
We are seeking a full-time, daytime nanny in San Jose starting late August or September 1st, when our daughter will be two months old.
We are looking for more than just a caregiver. We hope to find someone who can become a long-term part of our daughter's life. The ideal nanny is highly reliable, developmentally minded, and flexible. They should enjoy taking initiative, be able to identify developmental opportunities, plan engaging activities, communicate observations and ideas with us, and manage day-to-day childcare without needing constant direction.
Specific requirements:
Verifiable experience caring for infants (0–3 months).
Up-to-date infant CPR/First Aid certifications and vaccinations (TDAP, Flu, Covid).
Fluency in English.
Ability to drive (negotiable if living nearby; we are located in the East Foothills of San Jose).
Willingness to assist with all baby-related household tasks (e.g., bottle sterilization, baby laundry, etc.).
Experience in early childhood development
If you are interested, please send a private message with a brief introduction about yourself, your experience, references, and your expected hourly rate. We look forward to meeting you!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Khan Family with 2 Children
I have a sweet 12 year old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder, accompanying cognitive impairment and language delay. He is active and partially verbal. I'm looking for an occasional nanny/mom’s helper specifically for the first week of February from Feb. 2 through Feb. 6 as we are visiting El Segundo. I need someone who can hang out with him at our home as well as in community with us being around when we are out and about and keep him engaged in fun activities.
Also, I’m looking for a nanny to play with my 20 month old baby boy. An ideal candidate would play people games with him like peek-a- boo, patty cake, singing songs, functional play with toys, read books, enriching his vocabulary by labeling everything to create a learning environment at home or in the community while going on neighborhood walks and keeping him safe. She would help him with mealtime as well. I would be around so it would be only one kid at a time to take care of.
