Lincoln is 2.5 — affectionate, curious, and creative. He's still learning to manage big feelings and physical coordination, so we need someone calm, patient, and confident guiding him through both. His big sister (1st grade) is sweet and caring; care for her is only needed on school closures/breaks.

- Real toddler experience, warm and patient
- Comfort with an active toddler still building spatial awareness
- Creative, hands-on play: crafts, imagination, outdoor time
- Licensed driver with safe car + car seat for outings
- Light tidying (toys, kitchen, Lincoln's space)
- Great communicator, team player

That means not just the general care and feeding of our children, but also developmental education e.g. sensory and motor development for Miriam, and the early reading/writing/sciences education for Mollie. Regular outside play is also heavily encouraged including fun and educational outings.
We have a finished basement that's basically a small apartment (minus kitchen) that can be dedicated to just the children.
Hours would be weekdays from 8:30/9am until 5pm.
