Full-Time Nanny Job: The Ferrantino Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable nanny to join our family and care for our son, Michael, who is currently 8 weeks old. Our family includes mom and dad, along with our friendly red lab, Jax. We are hoping to find someone to start when Michael is approximately 11–12 weeks old, as mom returns to work as a physician.
This position offers competitive pay with guaranteed monthly hours. Our schedule requires flexibility, as mom works a 7-day rounding schedule (Tuesday–Monday) typically followed by a full week off. Schedule is determined 3 months in advance. During work weeks, coverage needs may vary based on hospital hours. We are also looking for someone available for a minimum of one weekend per month for half-day coverage.
Responsibilities include attentive infant care, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, engaging in age-appropriate activities, bottle preparation/feeding support, light housekeeping related to the baby and common areas, and helping maintain an organized household flow. We would love someone who is also open to traveling with our family on vacations.
The ideal candidate is CPR-certified, has prior infant experience, possesses a high energy level, is proactive and dependable, and truly enjoys caring for children. We are looking for someone warm, trustworthy, flexible, and excited to become an important part of our family as Michael grows.

We are tentatively looking for a full-time nanny starting mid-September. We have an 4 yr old daughter and 1.5 yr old son. We also have a dog and cat. Our daughter will be in preschool four days a week M-Th. You will need to pick her up from preschool every day. Drop-off may be shared. Her school is within walking distance of our house (20 min) and there is a neighborhood park in the way (10 min). Most of your time will be with our son. We are looking for light food prep, snacks, and tidying up after activities. The kids enjoy being outside, crafts, music, library time, building, and getting a little messy. We have a fenced in yard.

I will also only need care from beginning of June to the middle of August. Unfortunately, I will only be making $16 an hour, so I cannot pay a lot. This job is really just to benefit me on future resumes (I start my fourth year old college in September)!
