Our son will be 25 months in January. He's curious and busy, and he does best with a day that has real outdoor time, active play, and simple age-appropriate learning worked in.
About the role:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start: January 4th
Length: six-month contract to begin, with real potential to extend
Location: Central District, Seattle.
Hosting: [our home / alternating between homes]
Rate: competitive, reflective of a nine-hour day and two children, with overtime handled properly. Happy to discuss.
What we're looking for:
Someone who genuinely enjoys this age. Warmth, patience, and consistency matter to us as well as some early education experience. Experience caring for two toddlers at once is important, as is being reliable about hours. If you have a favorite park, library story time, or rainy-day routine, we'd love to hear about it.

The days are Monday, Thursday, Friday afternoon weekly and every other week we need coverage on Saturday as well. Hours are 2:55-6pm and Saturdays between 10-6. You would be required to pick him up from school. Please reach out if interested!
