A little bit about us

My 4 month old, Eliana, is a pretty calm baby for the most part, but I'm struggling with caring for her during the day. I don't currently work, but I'm looking for some help with getting her to nap consistently to avoid the overtired tantrums we've been struggling with when trying to put her to bed at night.
I'm flexible with hours/days to work, unsure what I'd need in order to get her into a good routine. Currently, I don't need her to be dropped off or anything, but I could use the extra time to take better care of the house and myself.
