Full-Time Nanny Job: The Frugé Family with 1 Child
Full-Time Nanny Share – Infant Care
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and will create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for both children. Ideally will find second family to nanny share.
Position Details
* Start date: April 2027
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
* Hours: 40 hours/week
* Children: Infant daughter will be ~6mo in April 2027
* Location: Open to hosting, co-hosting, or commuting elsewhere
* Pay: $25-35/hour (split between nanny share), depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Providing attentive, loving care for infant(s)
* Feeding, burping, and following each baby’s individual schedule
* Diapering and managing nap/sleep routines
* Engaging the babies in age-appropriate play, reading, tummy time, walks, and activities
* Supporting developmental milestones and maintaining a consistent daily routine
* Keeping children’s play and feeding areas tidy
* Communicating with both families about schedules, development, and any concerns
* Following each family’s preferences regarding feeding, sleep, outings, and childcare
* Safely taking the children on walks or age-appropriate outings, as applicable
* Potentially some light dog care duties if we host in home; we have a 45 lb Australian Shepherd who will need to be let out back, etc.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced caring for infants, ideally newborns
* Warm, patient, nurturing, and attentive
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable caring for two infants at once
* CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
* A strong communicator who is comfortable working with two families
* A non-smoker
* Willing to provide references and complete a background check

Looking for a kind hearted nanny who can give care to our 16mo toddler at home all weekdays. Feed homemade food(breakfast, lunch and evening snacks). Keep him entertained and put him down for a nap (one nap a day). Strictly expected to give utmost attention and care.

Looking for child care for my 3 month old daughter Rowan. We would need childcare starting around 7:15am Wednesday-Friday. Ending hours would typically be around 5:30 when my partner gets home from work. This could vary to earlier times as he is self employed. We do also have a 12 year old dog that will be in the house, she has a doggy door that leads outside so the only thing we would ask is to refill her water if needed throughout the day.

Hello!. Thanks for giving us a look. Initial steps here as we are new to the nanny / daycare scene. We recently gave birth to our baby boy (Bennett) just last month, and we're currently navigating the waters of being first time parents. With the end of paternity leave drawing near, we find ourselves having to coordinate work schedules and time off to best suit our family's needs. As it stands now, we're looking for help starting mid-February. The tentative plan is to have someone help 1-2 days a week, possibly alternating days of the week each week, so flexibility in scheduling would be a plus. 8:00a - 4:00p (give or take) would be the hours required. Again, all very new to us but basic responsibilities would be anything and everything involved with caring for a newborn at our home. We also have 2 friendly dogs who would be walked and fed prior to and after your time, so no real assistance needed for them. Just the occasional belly rub! As a side note, our sister and brother in-law are scheduled to deliver within the next month. They live 5-minutes away from us, essentially in the same neighborhood. They too will be looking for a nanny later this spring. We've discussed the possibility of doing a nanny-share with them, so please take that into consideration as a potential opportunity in the future. Happy to dive further into details.
