I would like to have someone to watch them from Mondays through Fridays from the time they get home from school 2:45pm till around 6:30/6:45pm when I get home from work. The only expectations that I have is that the oldest boy is doing homework/studying before playtime and I would like that the youngest works on his pre-k assignments such as practicing his letters, numbers, colors, shapes, etc. I also like to keep screen time limited and would prefer if the kids play either outside or do a fun activity inside.

Looking for full time or long term nanny/babysitter. Have a 6 year old and 9 year old boys. Currently working rotating shifts. My day shift hours are 5:30AM-4pm for two weeks then I switch to Night Shift which is 4:15PM-3AM.
When I am on day shift care giver will have to be able to be there for me to leave for work, get kids ready for school and see them off on bus.
