Hello! My name is Jessica and I am looking for a full time nanny for my 10 year old son who is homeschooled. Approximate hours would be M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm. My son is on the autism spectrum, so experience with autistic kids / special needs kiddos is a plus, but not a requirement. He's fully verbal and self-sufficient for the most part. He mostly only needs help with processing/understanding social situations and emotions. He's extremely social, energetic and LOVES to laugh and be outdoors. We go in nature all the time, paddle boarding, fishing, looking for snakes, frogs, crystals, etc. I am looking for someone just as energetic, playful and bubbly as he is, who can keep up with him and help him burn off energy during the day. His homeschool work is mostly done online and won't require much from you, other than ensuring he does it and helping if needed. Pay starts at $24/hour, but I need someone who can help with household chores, meal prep and occasionally chauffeur my 16 year old daughter around. For that, I am willing to pay up to $26/hour, depending on your experience and ability. We are looking for a part time nanny for our two girls (1 and 3 yoa). I work from home but need some help caring for my girls while I’m working. Whenever I can, I will care for my kids and play with them until work pulls me away.
Our girls are full of energy! They love to dance, play ball, tag, be outside and craft. At the same time, they do love to relax and have some down time.

Need Thursdays and Fridays. Pet friendly and light housework/organizing when feasible , as well as meal prep. Just need someone to live on my kids while setting appropriate boundaries. We do limited screentime and really prefer someone who can meld with our family and help with whatever needed (like if I'm holding baby during a break or before I leave, helping prepare lunch or put toys away). Oh and pictures of the kids always help too since I miss them when fine. Help with potty training and being able to pretend play are also helpful.
