A little bit about us

We are a family of 4 living in Algonquin, East of Fox River. We have 2 boys and are looking for care for our toddler, who will turn 2 years old in October.
Our family is looking for a caretaker in our home on Mondays and Tuesdays from about 9 am to 4 pm. ( We could possibly switch on of these days to Friday if necessary)
We have a big backyard and a nice park with a playground very close by. We are a bi-lingual household (English and German), but require only English speaking caretakers.
We believe in punishment-free parenting and expect our caretaker to be on board with that philosophy as well.
