First time parents searching for nanny for 3 month old son in Charlottesville. Both parents work remotely and will be home during the day. Ideal candidate will have background in early childhood development, previous nanny experience (3-5 years at min), have own means of transportation, and be CPR/First Aid certified. We are looking for someone to foster a loving, nurturing and structured environment that will allow our son to learn, grow, explore and thrive.
Schedule TBD (Mom back to work soon and this will drive schedule), but most likely M-F 12/1PM-5/6PM.
While not mandatory, willingness to assist with light housework is a welcomed bonus.

Liam will be two in January and is a sweet, smart, energetic toddler. He is very adventurous and smart and enjoys activities in his playroom, anything car or vehicle related and being outside. Basic requirements would be playing for and caring for Liam, assisting with light meals and clean up, putting Liam down for a nap, and light housekeeping. Our current nanny helps with dinner and dog walks while Liam sleeps which is super helpful but not a requirement. This would be a bonus.

My 15 month old daughter is a lot of fun, a love bug, a busy body and bilingual (Spanish and English). She is very curious about the world and absolutely loves reading books. We are looking for a (bilingual) nanny on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (8:30-4:30pm). The primary responsibility is playing and reading with her so she can continue developing her milestones.
