A little bit about us

Hi! My husband and I are looking for a part-time weekly sitter for our 8 month old son, Liam. Our current sitter who we love is sadly moving on but will be with us through mid-September. She can be contacted as a reference for her experience with us. We are looking for someone to take over her position starting September 23rd, until Liam starts daycare at the end of February 2025.

This position would be at our home in New Braunfels (around Creekside area) every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break every day. My husband and I both work hybrid schedules so one of us will always be working from home if anything is needed throughout the day, and we will relieve you for lunch each day.

We are looking for someone who will give Liam lots of attention and love. There will be no cleaning, cooking, or transportation needed. We will have bottles prepared and ready to warm each day for you and we will handle his meals during lunch. We really try to make the job as enjoyable and easy as possible and really just need someone to provide basic care for(give bottles, change diapers, put down for naps, etc), and to entertain our son. You’ll have freedom to work on class work, utilize our tv streaming services, or just hang out while he is napping.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, patient, is passionate about children, comfortable with two very friendly pets(one small dog and cat), a non-smoker, and has reliable transportation. The pay would start at $14 an hour.
