A little bit about us

We are seeking a vibrant, loving and reliable nanny to join our family in caring for our toddler boy and soon-to-arrive baby. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both toddler and infant care, with a nurturing personality and strong commitment to child development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and enjoyable environment for the children
- Bathing and dressing
- Change diapers and assist in potty-training
- Wash and fold children’s laundry
- Plan meals, prepare food, and/or feed the children
- Indoor and outdoor play
- Facilitate learning activities and teach basic skills
- Educational activities and crafts
- Reading to the children
- Organizing bedrooms/toys
- Light housekeeping and organizing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with both infant and toddler care
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's development and daily activities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- First aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry children
- Strong references and background check
- Motivated and professional in conduct
- A passion for working with children

Additional Preferences:
- We prefer someone who is local to our area and is within 15-20 minutes driving distance maximum from our home. We would prefer to stay away from candidates that have a very long commute of over an hour to get to work.
- We prefer someone who owns a vehicle and will drive to and from work.
