Full-Time Nanny Job: The Fleming Family with 1 Child

My husband and I both work from home and need some part time help with our 10 week old baby girl. There will be times where one of us will have to go into the office so having consistent coverage on Monday - Wednesday is our ideal but we're open to more or less days depending on how things go!
We do have two pets, a cat and dog (Great Dane - she's a sweet but very large) so you have to be comfortable with animals.
