Full-Time Nanny Job: The Sweeney Family with 1 Child
We’re a warm, easygoing family looking for a long-term nanny for our sweet, curious 2-year-old daughter. She is an active, happy toddler who loves books, music, pretend play, being outside, helping with everyday tasks, and exploring how things work. We value a calm, engaging environment where she can be curious, develop independence, and follow her interests.
Our parenting style is relaxed and child-centered. We believe toddlers learn through play, conversation, exploration and real-life experiences, and we give her plenty of freedom within reasonable safety boundaries. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys getting down on the floor and playing, reading, talking, laughing and exploring alongside a toddler.
We do not use screen time, and we expect our nanny to be fully present and engaged rather than on her phone during the day. We love reading, outdoor play, sensory activities, art, music, puzzles, pretend play and hands-on activities. We are happy for our nanny to plan activities based on our daughters interests, but we do not expect an elaborate or packed schedule every day. Occasional outings are great, but they are not required every day and should fit naturally around our daughters routine and nap.
Our ideal nanny is warm, playful, patient, dependable and communicative. We want someone who can build a genuine relationship with our daughter and become a trusted part of our family.
We are looking for 8:00–4:00, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) and are happy to discuss the schedule with the right person. Childcare is the primary responsibility, with normal child-related tasks such as preparing meals/snacks, cleaning up and child laundry.
If you’re looking for a family where you can truly get to know a child, have fun with them, and become part of their everyday life, we’d love to hear from you!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Smith Family with 1 Child
I am looking for infant care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday (can possibly switch to Friday if need be). Will probably need 7am - 3/4pm. I work full time where my husband is in school full time. The contract start date is August 4th and the contract will end in May 2026.
There will not be a need for any drop offs or pick up, but there is a dog at the home. You will need to let him out only once but we have a fenced in backyard that he can be let out into, no need to pick up poop or anything like that. We will feed the dog in the mornings before you get here and at dinner time after you leave so no need to feed him. We don't have expectations for cleaning, just to be neat while being at the house. There is a park in the neighborhood that you can walk up to with the baby if the weather is nice.
