A little bit about us

I have a 2 year old sweet girl. We are moving to Delaware in the next several weeks and I'm looking for a nanny/babysitter ahead of time. I will be working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. 6:30pm to 5am. I would like someone who is hands on with playing, teaching and etc. No one who will just be a couch potato while she runs free.
