Looking for a nanny who can be with my 2 daughters (16, 12) when I travel for work. This would start at 3pm - pick up the 12 year old from school, possible drive to practices nearby, help with homework, prepare dinner and also sleep at the house overnight. We are looking for consistent, at home, part-time childcare starting January 2024 after maternity leave ends. We need someone 2 days a week, 8 hours a day, preferably Tuesday and Thursday. Eventually, it would be 3 days a week, adding in Monday preferably. If we find a great fit, we can be flexible to find a consistent schedule that works for all of us.
Responsibilities will be staying at our home and caring for our 3-month-old baby. We follow the Moms on Call schedule for babies, so should be a fairly consistent and easy rhythm for feedings, naps, and playtime. No driving necessary. We have two friendly dogs who will also be at the house but should not require much care other than letting out in the fenced backyard occasionally.
Ideally, we would love someone who speaks Spanish fluently as we are trying to only talk to our baby in Spanish. But we are flexible on this if everything else is a good fit.
