We’re looking for a loving, dependable, and experienced nanny to join our family! We have a sweet, curious, and very giggly 19-month-old boy, with a baby on the way. 🤍
This is a part-time, flexible position that would be a great fit for someone looking for a consistent but adaptable schedule. I work approximately 2–3 shifts per month as a nurse at the hospital, so hours vary based on my work schedule.
Schedule:
• Approximately 12–18 hours per week on average
• Typically 1–2 partial or full days per week, plus occasional additional hours around my hospital shifts and date night help
• Flexibility is important, as the exact schedule will vary from week to week. I get my work schedule every 2 weeks.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong infant and toddler childcare experience
• Has prior experience caring for multiple children at once
• Is warm, patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys being around young children
• Is reliable and comfortable with a flexible schedule
• Is willing to help with light household tidying related to the children (toys, dishes, keeping play areas/kids’ spaces tidy, etc.)

Must be a strong swimmer (pool in backyard)
Must be willing to be vaccinated for Flu, Covid, etc as appropriate
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day basic care of our daughter
General activity-planning to guide age-appropriate learning
Lots of reading, play and outdoor time
Tidying up of common and play areas
Communication with parents (summary of day’s events)
As time permits, household laundry & meal prep
The ideal candidate:
You love kids and enjoy providing a loving, engaging and fun environment for kids to learn and grow. Ideally, you have extensive babysitting experience, have had some nannying experience, or you’ve worked in childcare (daycare, church, etc.).
You do well with some direction and can think on your feet. You’ll help us keep to our general daily structure but can flex when schedules change.
We would love to have our nanny stay with us as our family grows.

We are a dual military family in need of a nanny!
Hours would be 7:30am - 3:30/4:00pm
We have two cats in the household but won’t need to be taken care of as they’re pretty self sufficient.
The 3rd old is potty trained already and the 1 year old is still in diapers and would need to be changed regularly.
They nap from 1200pm- 1:30pm sometimes the 3 yr old chooses not to nap.
Children would need to be fed breakfast lunch and snacks throughout the day.
Leaving the home is NOT PERMITTED. You will only be allowed to go in the backyard with the swing set and trampoline.
There is no expectation to clean the home.
