Hi there! We are looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old baby boy. I am going back to work and need someone to fill the gap between my husband's and my schedules, so we are looking for someone Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM-5:30 PM. With such a small gap, I value someone who can focus all their energy on my little guy, especially as he transitions from having full-time access to me.
