Babysitter Job: The K Family with 3 Children
I'm a working mom looking for an experienced, reliable nanny to help care for my three boys, ages 5, 7, and 9. All three have high needs, including behavioral, sensory, and emotional regulation challenges. They are energetic, affectionate boys who need patience, consistency, structure, and close supervision.
Ideally, I need help Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 4–7:30 PM, with occasional Fridays, weekends, and overnight care. Responsibilities include school pickups, transportation home, playtime, meals, bedtime routines, and being available for occasional unexpected school pickups.
I'm especially looking for someone (or a couple people) who can build a lasting relationship with our family and eventually provide overnight or multi-day care when needed. Experience with autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors is strongly preferred. A safe driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent references are essential.
I don't need a full-time nanny, but I do need someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable independently caring for three high-needs children. My goal is to find someone the boys know and trust and who can become a reliable source of support for our family. We also have friendly dogs and cats, so must be comfortable with those.

Someone who can help out with homework is a plus. Start date would be Oct. 1 newborn, 6-year-old, and 7-year-old. Looking for someone who can possibly pick up the 6 and 7-year-old from school.
