A little bit about us

We have two children, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Our nanny for the past 3 years is moving away in May. We are ideally looking for someone to start in May, through the summer, and to stay on part time or full in the Fall. About us: We have a pool that the kids love so we need someone who will enjoy swimming! We are mostly screen free. We do a lot of outside time, crafts/activities, dancing, and reading.

We welcome your experience and recommendations, and love open communication! We do ask that our parenting philosophy be followed consistently, with any exceptions discussed and agreed upon together.

😴 Nap & Rest Time
He naps about 50–75% of the time — and that's perfectly okay! We create a calm, cozy environment to support rest but never force it. Quiet time activities fill the gap on non-nap days.

📺 Day to Day
Limited educational screen time is welcome. Music, approved crafts, and engaging activities are always encouraged!

• Experience with toddlers
• Comfortable with pets and home cameras
• Genuine gentle parenting alignment

💰 $20–$30/hr depending on experience
