. **Child Care:** My primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of the children. This includes supervising them during play, helping with meals, and assisting with hygiene routines.
2. **Engagement and Development:** I plan and engage in activities that promote learning and developmental skills. This might include reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games. Tailoring activities to each child's interests and developmental stage is crucial.
3. **Routine Management:** I help maintain a consistent daily routine, which can include nap times, meal schedules, and time for play and learning. This structure supports the child's sense of security and helps manage their behavior.

Looking for a caring, patient, compassionate individual with basic understanding of developmental milestones to care for our 9 month old baby boy and our friend’s 12 month baby girl. Both children are on a similar nap schedule and play nicely together. A friend of ours and us are looking for someone that is open to caring for both children either in our home in Sherman oaks or their home in van Nuys (or switching each week). We’ve both decided daycare is not the route for us, but would love for our babies to still have the social component.
