South Charlotte family seeking a kind, reliable live-in nanny / family helper for three kids (one teen + two younger). Temporary bridge while we set up longer-term support — could extend if it’s a great fit.
Duties: school drop-off and pick-up; drive kids to appointments and activities; engaged childcare during on-duty hours; light meal prep; light housekeeping / laundry / kitchen reset (not deep-clean).

Responsibilities include caring for baby; feeding, changing, engaging, developmental play, children’s laundry and children’s dishes. On occasion we may need help with our toddler as well and will compensate accordingly if you have both children. Some days we may ask you to pick up our toddler from day care or take him to an activity while mom has the infant. Mom works from the home but will use this time to run errands, clean the house, work, and will be mostly out of your way. Looking forward to connecting!
