I am seeking a reliable nanny to care for my 2 year old toddler and 3 month old infant. The hours would be from 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
My kids do not attend any extra curricular activities. I would like to hire someone who is well versed in teaching my toddler (ABCs, colors and etc), read to my toddler and play with toddler.
My expectations are engaging activities with unstructured independent play. Responsibilities included are: reading books, singing and dancing to music, imaginative pretend play, and sensory bins.
As far as my 3 month old. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I work from home and will have a supply of breastmilk for you to bottle feed my infant until I’m off work (7am-3:30pm).
I would like you to focus on basic care, routine milestones, and age-appropriate sensory engagement. This includes managing feeds, diaper changes, and naps, as well as actively promoting physical and emotional development through tummy time and reading.

Schedule:
-Every Tuesday morning for school drop off
-Alternating weeks Tuesday or Friday afternoons, until approximately 6:00 PM
-Looking for someone dependable who can commit to a consistent schedule.
Responsibilities include:
-Driving the children to school and handling school pickups
-Helping with homework and after-school routines
-Starting dinner (meals will already be prepared)
-Planning fun, and age-appropriate activities.
-Providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
Requirements:
-Must have a reliable, safe vehicle and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
-A car seat will be provided
-Strong English communication skills are required
-Current First Aid and CPR certification required
-Previous childcare experience requested
-Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and excited to make afternoons fun while also helping keep our routine running smoothly.

I will be here to pitch in when needed, but will need to focus some on work and may have remote meetings where he will need to be kept off camera. We have plenty of toys and a backyard he can play in, so no need to bring anything to entertain him. Hours and days are ideally 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday 12/13 and Tuesday 12/14, but if those exact hours don't work for you (for example, you need to arrive at 9:00 and leave at 4:00) that could also work, so please don't hesitate to reach out. We need coverage for 40 hrs per week M-F, but if you need more nanny would be open to that. We would prefer to host here for the summer, but are flexible about this and of course understand that the share will transition to your home by September so there could be a period of co-hosting.

As a first time mom, she has helped me so much with each new phase my son has entered, and we want to help her find the right fit.
