Part-Time Nanny Job: The Feeney Family with 2 Children
Looking for someone to help with my two active, energetic kids (6 & 3) while I recover from a surgical procedure. This is a short-term opportunity for the month of November and December. Looking for someone to help with kids, shopping, and keeping the house in order. I will be home, but I won't be very mobile. I am looking for someone Monday through Friday. Monday through Thursday hours would be 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Friday would be 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
About my kids: They are high energy. We don't do screen time, so they spend a lot of time outdoors (we have a park very close by). They love to play outdoor games, read and draw. Like any 3 and 6 year old, they are messy. They're in the process of learning to clean up after themselves before they start the next activity.
The job expectations:
I will be pretty useless, which is why I'm looking for a helper. I'd like help with childcare and some household chores. Potential for school pick-up, but school is walking distance.
Your qualities:
- Able to match my kids' energy but also be able to set firm boundaries.
- Timely.
- Doesn’t mind bugs and dirt because my kids spend most of their time outside.
There is some minor flexibility with the schedule, so if we need to shift times by an hour or so, that may be a possibility.
