Full-Time Nanny Job: The McCallum Family with 2 Children
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Nanny-Housekeeper caring for our two children, aged 2 years old and 5 months old, as well as our family dog. This role requires balancing high-quality infant and toddler care, preschool routines (in due time), pet care, and thorough household management and cleaning.
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
Childcare (Approx. 60% of time):
Daily Care: Manage children routines, meal times (for infant, include bottle preparation and introducing solids), diapering, bathing, dressing, play, nap schedule management
Developmental Engagement: Organize age-appropriate screen-free activities, educational games, reading, crafts, park visits, outdoor play for toddler. For infant, offer tummy time, sensory play, outdoor walks
Logistics: Safely transport our toddler to and from school, activities, appointments
Daily Housekeeping (Approx. 40% of time):
Pet Care: Feed the family dog, take on walks
Cleaning: Maintain a clean home through tidying, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, keeping kitchen and bathrooms sanitized
Laundry: Manage the family’s laundry, including washing, folding, putting clothes away
Meal Prep: Cook healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for children, occasional family dinner prep
Errands: occasional grocery shopping, household supply restocking, organizational projects, package and deliveries management
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a combined nanny and housekeeping role, with proven experience caring for infants
Must be comfortable managing a large pet alongside childcare duties
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle for child transit
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification (infant/child focus) is required
Attributes: Exceptional time-management skills, proactive, hard-working, high positive energy, reliability, and the ability to independently balance childcare, pet care, and housekeeping schedules

Full-Time Nanny Share – Infant Care
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and will create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for both children. Ideally will find second family to nanny share.

* Start date: April 2027
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
* Hours: 40 hours/week
* Children: Infant daughter will be ~6mo in April 2027
* Location: Open to hosting, co-hosting, or commuting elsewhere
* Pay: $25-35/hour (split between nanny share), depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Providing attentive, loving care for infant(s)
* Feeding, burping, and following each baby’s individual schedule
* Diapering and managing nap/sleep routines
* Engaging the babies in age-appropriate play, reading, tummy time, walks, and activities
* Supporting developmental milestones and maintaining a consistent daily routine
* Keeping children’s play and feeding areas tidy
* Communicating with both families about schedules, development, and any concerns
* Following each family’s preferences regarding feeding, sleep, outings, and childcare
* Safely taking the children on walks or age-appropriate outings, as applicable
* Potentially some light dog care duties if we host in home; we have a 45 lb Australian Shepherd who will need to be let out back, etc.
Ideal Candidate

* Experienced caring for infants, ideally newborns
* Warm, patient, nurturing, and attentive
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable caring for two infants at once
* CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified
* A strong communicator who is comfortable working with two families
* A non-smoker
* Willing to provide references and complete a background check
