Full-Time Nanny Job: The Opany Family with 2 Children
My client is seeking a full-time Nanny / Family Assistant to start within the next 1–2 weeks. The position is Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, through the end of August, with the possibility of extending longer term. Responsibilities include providing attentive childcare, engaging the child in age-appropriate activities and outings, driving to activities and appointments, maintaining daily communication with both parents, and assisting with light household tasks such as children's laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and organizing play areas. The ideal candidate has professional childcare experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, strong references, and is comfortable working between two households on a rotating weekly schedule. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it) is preferred. They are seeking someone dependable, punctual, proactive, and nurturing who can become a trusted part of the family's routine.

Looking for a nanny for our two girls (1 and 3) at our home in Cascade.
Open to summer-only nannies or career-nannies looking for long-term work.
Days/Hours: We need a nanny full-time ~40-42 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm. Prefer someone willing to flex hours if we'd like to do a shorter Friday in exchange for longer hours on another day.
Day-to-day: Responsibilities include taking the girls to scheduled activities (gymnastics, swim) and on outings to library, Meijer Gardens, park, pool, and playdates. Some family assistant work is expected (e.g., kid laundry, meal prep, misc errands).
Misc info about us: Mom works from home. Grandparents live in town (and have a pool!). We have a spaniel. No dog care is expected, but he loves any attention you are willing to give him.
Requirements: No tobacco use. Must be a strong swimmer with good pool safety. Reliable transportation with clean driving record.
Nice-to-have: Flexible hours, willing to work occasional evening/weekend. Dog lover. Willing to help with misc household projects (organization, errands, etc.).

Part-Time Nanny Job: The S Family with 1 Child
We are looking for help with our 8 month old Rory! He's lovely, but we both work from home, and we need some downtime and also some more concentrated work time. Additionally, since he doesn't go to daycare, we'd love him to interact with other kiddos too! Finally, we'd love him to work on motor and development skills with a nanny as well, ideally. We're flexible on days and hours, but we'd be looking at between 5-10 hours a week. Probably two afternoons a week!
