I need someone very friendly with a lot of patience. my 3 year old has a speech delay an currently speaks alil but not as much as he should. So I would like someone whose use to working with kids whose autistic or speech delayed. I just need someone to be here to take my son off the bus an keep him entertained until me or his father gets home. I do also have a 12year old but he's able to take care of himself so you wouldn't have to worry about him at all. I also am currently potty training my son so I would like someone who can keep that going when he's home
