Part-Time Nanny Job: The Drouin Family with 1 Child
We are currently looking for a part time nanny for our almost 5 month old son with the hope that they can begin in September as I am returning to work from maternity leave.
The position will be 24 hours/week (T/W/Th from 8:30am-4:30pm; hours guaranteed though we do not provide PTO). The position will entail caring for our infant son, managing any dishes/bottles associated with his care and light laundry (generally just folding clean clothes for the kids when needed). As he'll be transitioning to solids in the coming months there will be light meal prep in the future as well. We request that applicants only consider our position if they feel they are able to commit to a longer term position. Our previous nanny was with us for over two years until she was transitioning to graduate school as our daughter was transitioning to preschool and we truly think of her like family (we attended her wedding last month!). We value consistency for our kids given the intimacy associated with nanny work and of course the emotional bond our son will form with his caregiver. As he's currently quite young much of his time is spent reading books, listening to music, tummy time, walks around the neighborhood and napping. Our hope is that as he gets older this person will be able to do outings to our nearby park (walkable in our neighborhood) etc.
A bit about us, I am a therapist at UCSD specializing in pediatric and adolescent eating disorders, and my husband works for the county of San Diego. We have a 3yo daughter (Poppy) who is currently in full time preschool, and of course our almost 5 month old son Derek, who we are seeking care for.
We look forward to connecting!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Jehle Family with 1 Child
Nanny Needed for In-Home Care for Our Sweet Baby Girl 💕
We are looking for a loving, reliable, and trustworthy nanny to help care for our sweet 2-month-old daughter, Charlotte, beginning in November, with the possibility of starting sooner for a few days here and there.
I work from home, so I will be here throughout the time you’re caring for her and available if needed. We’re primarily looking for some extra help so I can attend meetings without having to worry about the baby during those times.
We are looking for someone 2 days per week for approximately 3-4 hours in the morning. Thursdays will be a definite day, and the second day is still TBD as I get closer to returning to work and figure out my work schedule.
If you or someone you know may be a great fit, please message me with your experience, availability, and hourly rate! We would love to find someone who is a great fit for our family and someone we can feel completely comfortable and confident leaving our little girl with. 🥰

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Kauffman Family with 1 Child
Hi, looking for 35-40 hours a week care M-F for our smart and energetic 2 year old. She is currently in a daycare program but we are looking to make a change so she can get more 1:1 attention. Hoping to find a nanny share or mom nanny to help our daughter improve her social and listening skills, while still being around other kids her age. Ideally, the nanny would do age-appropriate art and science activities, read and sing, play out doors and go to the local parks. Some light meal prep and tidying up after your playtime would be appreciated. We do allow limited screen time. While we do have friendly dogs, they do not need care. We can be flexible for the right situation so please let me know if you have any questions!
Full-Time Nanny Job: The c Family with 1 Child
10 year old boy, beautiful inside and out, has our routine down, kind, respectful, considerate, helpful, considerate, caring, active and able to engage in independent activities.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Jones Family with 1 Child
We are a silly, respectful, loving family. Charlotte is amazing and so well behaved and smiley we always get comments about this. She is “on the go” so needs someone with good energy and who can hold a 20 lb baby! She is sooo cute and easy to love.
We have become really close with our nanny and sadly she will be looking for full time work now that she has finished getting her degree in biology.
Looking for a *1 year commitment minimum* nanny to come and engage our baby in imaginative play, help her develop and grow, and to teach her Spanish. The job looks like taking her on a walk, putting her down for her nap, changing diapers, and bottle- or baby food- feeding her while parents are working. Mama, Denise, is working part time and is working from home most days.
Best candidate is someone open to doing things the way we as parents feel comfortable with her (eg not rocking her to bed so she can self-sooth for bed time) and being on time to shift are both a must. We follow a book called Moms On Call.
Spanish fluency is a huge plus but not required! We will need someone to come to our home (husband works from home and I do on most days). Washing of bottles is also a huge help while/if the baby naps. Our nanny loves us and we were even invited to her graduation party. We hope to make another wonderful relationship with our next nanny.
We have two small dogs so would need to be ok with these little guys around. Thank you!
