We are a friendly, active family in San Carlos looking for a warm, dependable nanny for a 3.5 and 2 year old. We're looking for care M-F, 8am-5pm.
The girls are playful, curious, and social. They love parks, walks, books, music, art projects, storytime, dance, swim class, water play, and neighborhood adventures. Gwen loves dress-up, puzzles, and “big girl” things. Sloane has a sparkling personality and loves swings, baby dolls, and playing with her big sister.
Our biggest values are guidance, safety, and love. We’re looking for someone who enjoys toddlers and preschoolers, is patient through big feelings, and offers gentle but firm guidance. Responsibilities include meals/snacks, diapers/potty help, naps/rest time, preschool pickup, driving, and keeping the girls safe, loved, and engaged.
Communication matters to us. We're Easy parking, near Caltrain and bus, no pets.

We will require a safe vehicle, as we are likely to need occasional pick-ups/drop-offs during the day.

- Feed kids
- Bath kids
- Housekeeping related to kids and oneself
- Cook dinner (if you enjoy cooking. Otherwise, basic meal prep)
- Pick up/drop off from school and activities (no activities at the moment due to Covid)
Qualifications:
- Maternal instincts
- Love kids and is nurturing
- Well versed with early childhood development
- Ability to lift 45lbs
- Non-smoker
- Current on vaccines including Covid-19
- First Aid / Infant and Child CPR Certified
- Sense of humor
We're hoping to have someone long-term so this person(s) needs to be flexible and adapt easily to changes in routines, activities.
