I start a new position in September, and will switch from being 100% remote to hybrid and potentially having to be in office or on a call in the late afternoon. Responsibilities include providing attentive childcare, developing age-appropriate educational activities, supporting early literacy, language, numbers, motor skills, creativity, and critical thinking, and helping prepare the children for a future homeschool curriculum. Duties also include reading, crafts, outdoor learning, simple meal/snack preparation, children’s laundry, and maintaining organized bedrooms, play spaces, toys, clothing, stroller, feeding areas, and educational materials.
