Responsibilities: maintaining a consistent daily routine, reinforcing age-appropriate expectations, practicing turn-taking and shared play, arranging low-pressure social exposure (playgrounds, story time, playdates), simple educational activities (reading, letters, numbers, colors), and regular progress updates.
Experience with preschool-aged children required. Backgrounds in early childhood education, daycare, behavioral support, or speech/developmental services are a plus — no formal therapy needed, just natural skill-building through play. Looking for someone patient, engaging, firm, and consistent.

We are seeking a warm, reliable full-time nanny/household helper. Responsibilities include childcare, light housekeeping, occasional laundry, simple meal prep, occasional special home projects, and helping keep our home organized and tidy throughout the day. Primary care is for our 2 mos old (we also have a toddler in a full-time school program and two independent teenagers). We are looking for someone who can start part-time (M-F, 7-11am) ASAP while I am on maternity leave and transition to full-time care starting Oct. 5, when I return to work.
