Hi,
My family and I are looking for a fun and energetic nanny to help our family with taking our son to school in the morning only a few days of the week. General schedule would look like: Monday, Tuesday and every other Friday 7:00am to 9:00am or 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

He is avoidant of strangers. So, the first few paid hours would be you both getting to know each other and him getting used to being with you while both parents will show you how drop-offs will work.
