Babysitter/Household Helper Needed (3+ days/week)
We are seeking a reliable, caring, and proactive individual to support our family 3 days per week (with potential for additional days). We value consistent, dependable help.

My husband travels frequently, and I work full-time; we’re hoping to create more quality time with our children while keeping our home running smoothly.

Positions
1. Babysitter (4:00–6:00 PM, 3x/week)
• Provide interactive, educational play both indoors and outdoors.
• Serve dinner and assist with light cleanup.
• Care for two children: a 2.5-year-old and a 6-month-old.
• Engage with warmth, patience, and safety-minded attention.

2. Household Helper (4:00–5:00 PM, 3x/week)
• No childcare during this hour.
• Assist with household tasks: laundry, dishes, general tidying, vacuuming, mopping.
• Help with basic meal prep for the following day.
Ideal Candidate
• Responsible, punctual, and communicative.
• Experience with infants and toddlers (for the babysitter role).
• Comfortable with household routines and following a checklist.
• References preferred.
• Interview in-person required.
• Be alright with dogs (3 onsite).
Details
• Start date: Flexible.
• Location: Petworth District, VA.
• Compensation: TBD
• Schedule: 3 days per week (Mon–Fri), with potential for additional hours as needed.
