Live-In Part-Time Nanny Job: The Bawdon Family with 3 Children
Father seeking a caring, dependable live-in nanny for my three beautiful daughters, ages 8, 9, and 11. They are kind, gentle, respectful, and well-behaved girls.
My work schedule changes approximately every four months, so the nanny's schedule and responsibilities will vary depending on my current schedule.
While I am working nights, coverage will generally be 2–3 days per week, including overnight care. My current hours are approximately 5:00 PM–6:00 AM. The girls have an 8:30 PM bedtime and normally sleep through the night. Responsibilities include helping with homework, dinner (which I will prepare before work), their evening routine, and getting them ready for bed.
When my schedule changes to days, the childcare will primarily involve getting the girls ready in the morning, school drop-off, afternoon pickup, and occasional full-day Sunday coverage.
When I am home, I take care of my daughters myself, so the nanny is off duty. I am looking for someone who can become a trusted and positive part of our household while also having plenty of personal time.
I would also appreciate light cleaning, primarily keeping the areas the girls use tidy. This is not intended to be a full housekeeping position—the primary responsibility is caring for the girls.
A private room will be provided as part of the live-in arrangement. I am looking for someone responsible, trustworthy, patient, and comfortable with a changing schedule. Most importantly, I want someone who will treat my daughters with kindness, respect, and care, and become someone they feel safe and comfortable around.
