Seeking a Creative, Organized Nanny for Our 4-Year-Old! 🎨🌲

We are looking for a patient, motivated, and organized nanny to join our family for part-time, occasional help.

Our daughter is almost 4 and loves the outdoors, arts and crafts, and storytelling. We’re looking for a caregiver who is a great role model—someone who is naturally organized and "chill," helping us encourage those same good habits in her.

The Schedule & Flexibility
We’re looking for someone who can help out during late afternoons/evenings on weekdays, with some mornings and evenings on weekends. We value flexibility and clear communication—we only ask that you commit to shifts you are truly available for and show up on time.

How You'll Help
• Active Play: Getting outside, crafting, and storytelling.
• Light Housework: Keeping the home tidy and the ecosystem running (laundry, meal prep, wiping counters, maintaining floors, and walking the dog).
• Modeling Habits: Bringing a calm, organized energy to the home.
• Bonus: If you speak a second language, we’d love for you to share that!

The role is primarily childcare for the new baby and a small amount of afternoon childcare for the school-aged childrenwith light household management (tidying, laundry, grocery runs, meal prep, errands) as secondary/overflow duties when childcare demands allow. Own reliable vehicle required for driving children to school and activities, with mileage reimbursed; pay range $27-35+/hour with benefits (if nanny is on payroll) depending on experience. Flexibility for occasional overtime and evening coverage is required, as parents travel for work and occasionally need slightly later hours (6pm instead of 5pm). Willingness and ability to travel with the family, including internationally, is preferred.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced babysitter to care for our 2.5-year-old son on Saturday, October 17th from 4pm until approximately 1am or possibly earlier.

We will be staying at a Hyatt hotel by downtown Sacramento and I will be present for the first two hours so you and our son can get acquainted and help him feel comfortable before I leave.
