We are a warm, organized family based in Dallas with two young boys (ages 2 and 4) who are active, sweet, and love to play, learn, and explore. We previously hosted a live-in au pair for 1.5 years who became a true part of our family, and we are now looking for the right person to join us in a similar role.
We are seeking a nanny / family assistant who enjoys working with young children and also takes pride in helping a home run smoothly. The role includes caring for our boys during key parts of the day, engaging them in play and activities, assisting with school pick-up, and helping with dinner and bedtime routines.
In addition to childcare, we are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and willing to help with light household support, including children’s laundry, tidying common areas, meal prep or dinner help, and occasional errands. We value a clean and structured home and appreciate someone who naturally contributes to keeping things in order.
We are looking for someone who is kind, reliable, and communicative, and who takes initiative without needing constant direction. Safety and attentiveness are extremely important to us, and we expect our caregiver to be fully present and engaged with the children while on duty.

Our son - he will be 3 in March - is the sweetest and the light of our lives. Dad works long hours as an attorney and Mom takes care of 2 children and 3 dogs. Our daughter (now 12) was largely in Day Care 5 days a week while Mom worked full time so it helped Mom out a lot with the toddler milestones. We are now struggling with attachment issues and milestones for our son since Mom has always been home with him. He is in speech therapy and understands almost everything you say, and his speech is coming along but slowly. Our son is in early childhood school at Wesley Prep 3 days a week, MWF. We're looking for a loving, charismatic, and reliable nanny that can enrich our son’s life and help him (and us) enjoy toddlerhood.
We live in the Park Cities are and are looking for around 25 hours a week after school and on non-school days.
