A little bit about us

Hello we are Kyle and Heather, you would be caring for our sweet child Zoe, she is 8years old. We own a business where we are both working together, this would be from about 10-4 or 10-5 maybe once or twice a week on occasion. We are trying to keep her tv and youtube time limited so if you could play with her. Whether its riding a bike within a close vacinity of the neighborhood of course or playing board games, sports. Etc. We could drop her off or if you picked her up we would pay you for gas and time. We are trying to keep it affordable and We understand how demanding it can be so if its something you could juggle in to your schedule please let us know. We're a warm, work-from-home family looking for an experienced, loving nanny for our 18-month-old son. He's curious and active, and he loves books, water play, walks, and learning new words and signs. We're hoping to find someone who will grow with our family long-term.

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Start ASAP.

A TYPICAL DAY
- Engaged, hands-on care: reading, sensory and imaginative play, sign language, early learning, and short stroller walks
- Routines: solids, contact naps in a carrier, and logging sleep, meals, and diapers in our Napper app
- A responsive, attachment-style approach: comforting him through big emotions, calm redirection, and no screens
- Light household management: daily tidying, floors, dishes, laundry, and bathrooms, mostly done while he nurses or naps. We follow a Montessori approach, so he loves to "help."

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of nanny experience with children under 2
- Infant CPR and first aid certification (water safety is a plus)
- Reliable transportation, a non-smoker, and fluent English
- Someone who follows parental guidance, takes initiative without reminders, and communicates openly
- Bonus: a Montessori or early childhood education background, a second language, or potty training experience

WHAT WE OFFER
- $20/hr starting, with a performance review and potential raise after a 90-day probationary period
- Potential for paid vacation after 90 days
