Full-Time Nanny Job: The Bise Family with 2 Children
We're looking for a live-out nanny to join our family in Stoney Creek (Highland Rd. W. area).
We're parents to two little ones — a 6-month-old baby boy and a 4-year-old girl — and we're hoping to find someone reliable to care for them on weekdays.
• The role:
Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch 12–1pm, so 7 hours paid per day). $20/hour, with a performance review and potential raise after 2 months.
• A typical day:
Mornings (9am–2pm) are spent with our baby — feeding, naps, and play. At 2:15pm, a quick school pickup (just a 3-minute walk away), and our daughter joins for the afternoon with play, crafts, and outdoor time.
Childcare only — no cooking, cleaning, or housework required.
• Candidate requirements:
- Proven professional experience caring for infants, including feeding, naps, soothing, and age-appropriate play for a 6-month-old.
- Safety-minded: valid CPR/first aid certification is a strong asset, as is familiarity with modern early childhood approaches such as Montessori.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized, with clear and honest communication about the children's day.
- A warm, creative, and fun-loving demeanor, with a genuine love of spending time with young children.
