I have one son age 3. He is immigrating to the usa from Pakistan with his dad. I work about 12 to 13 hrs a day. My son understands some english not much. He mostly speak urdu or punjabi. He is very sweet but he does take a while to trust some one. I need a nanny for maybe 5 to 6 hours a day. From school pick up till my husband gets home
