This would start at 3pm - pick up the 12 year old from school, possible drive to practices nearby, help with homework, prepare dinner and also sleep at the house overnight. Meal Planning & Prep: Plan weekly menus, handle grocery shopping, pack daily school lunches, and prepare healthy family dinners.
Childcare & Driving: Provide safe transportation for the girls to/from school and afternoon activities, assist with after-school routines, and monitor homework completion.
Home Organization & Laundry: Take the lead on organizing closets, pantry, fridge, and common areas. Oversee daily tidy-ups, kitchen reset, full family laundry (wash, fold, put away), and inventory/supplies.
Errands & Vendor Logistics: Run local errands (returns, dry cleaning) and coordinate with house cleaners or vendors as needed.

Qualifications

Looking for after-school care Mon-Thu, including school pickup, homework help/supervision and drop-off at sports practice. Normal day would be car-line pickup at 3:15 (would need to arrive by 2:45), homework supervision and drop off at practices between 5 and 6.
