Later this year, we would be considering removing our daughter from daycare and doing a nanny share with our friends who live down the street. There kids would be 2.5 and 6 months and that time, with our daughter being about 1 years old. Mon-Friday 9-5pm, we could have some flexibility between the 4 parents schedule.
