A little bit about us

We're looking for someone for in-home care, in our home in South Seattle. Our son is almost 3. He is lively, a talker and negotiator. We would like to have someone who can help generally 845am - 445pm, with room for flexibility. This is likely 2-3 times a month. Light housekeeping and meal prep help would be great and light tidy up after play time is a must. We are a close knit little family who likes to garden, hike and take walks, listen to music, and eat! We have no pets (just fish). We are a shoes off household. The Montessori method resonates with us; we set clear rules, we explain why, we encourage independence, we are warm and accepting, and we are flexible when it is appropriate.
