A little bit about us

2 babies 3 months and 16 months
Care needed maybe 6-12 hours total a week. No weekend care
Care would be in your home and transportation would be taken care of by me or my husband.
My husband will pick up between 5-5:30pm if not earlier.
I could go into work at 1 at the earliest (Just for training) and after training is over I would need to drop them off between 2:30 and 4:30 depending on my schedule which I could give about a week in advance. Therefore you would watch them for a maximum of 3 hours at a time. Possibly 3 days out of the week.

Serious inquiries only bonus points if you have someone for my daughter to play with and a crib/bassinet of some sort for my littlest.

Diaper changes, bottle feeding, safety assurance and handing my daughter her snacks/ sippy cup is needed lol

Light meal prep and light housekeeping will be expected.

Our daughter is 15 months old and such a joy to be around. Mom is exclusively breastfeeding (no bottle), Rose eats 4 solid meals a day, and mom works from home, so she’ll be available if needed when not in meetings.

We’re highly influenced by the attachment-style of parenting and our daughter and mom are really close. We prioritize co-regulation, psychologically appropriate development strategies, and a high-warmth environment. She is zooming through milestones and started walking and talking recently!
She mostly contact naps, but will also fall asleep in a stroller on a walk. LOVES being outside.
She’s overall a really joyful happy baby and is a lot of fun. 🥰
Ideally we find someone who wants to hang with us for a long time and our daughter grows really close with that person.
